I am 27 years old lady from Durban. I am not fat, just have fat in all the wrong places, under arms, love handles, thighs. i have been struggling to loose this fat for almost a year, with all sorts of diet, failing dismal.Calorie counting is my last resort. Nothings looks good when i wear it. I have very low self esteem.
