Actually got a decent sleep last night woohoo! Duno if it was because I was so tired or maybe the Diazapan for my spine but I don't care, it was gr8, got up at 4.30am fresh as a daisy!! Pringles was out for a walk at just after 6am then I was getting WeeG organised, her first wk of academy is going well and she is enjoying her classes! I spent the day at my friend's house, haven't seen her in ages and it was lovely to catch up. Got home for WeeG coming home, made dinner and jumped out for some shopping and now I'm chilling in my jammies hoping for another early night and hopefully beating this insomnia!! I was really hungry today so I'm only 100 odd kcal under my allowance but I managed 8000 odd steps too...not bad considering my spine is still not 100%...oh and myself and my friend r going to join a different gym nxt wk, I love my gym but we will get more for our money at the new one, swimming and ice skating included too, card also gives u entry to another 3gyms locally so it's a no brainer. Nothing much else to report today! Much love all 🙏❤️
