Hi Peeps,
I've gone up 1/2 lb this morning but have put that down to the Harvester meal the other day, I shall try and reduce some calories from my RDI and walk the dogs a bit longer today, also my face looks a little bit puffy and my wedding rings gone tight, but that's the steroids doing that, can't wait to stop taking them..... Roll On my operation day but God only knows when that shall be because a lot of Hospitals are having such problems! must keep my fingers crossed though I shall know more on the 17th of this month when I speak to the Surgical Team....BFN X

Hi Peeps
Another 1/2 lb off I'm a very, very, Happy Bunny ..... I shall be weighing myself twice a week from now on as this is helping me to stick to my diet, where as before it was just the one weigh in, so having a little boost mid week might just do the trick ..... Tomorrow I start a challenge with some FS Buddies cos at the beginning of any weight loss program we need the support from other fellow dieters to keep us all on the right path to a Healthier Body! ..... Hi all,
Felt not so puffy this morning so jumped on the scales and Hey Ho 1.5 lbs off..... The flax seeds and Sunflower seeds plus plenty of filtered water seem to be doing the trick for me.....shall weigh myself every few days to give myself a boost mentally to try and stay focused on the new 2017 regime.....T.T.F.N. xxx

Hi Peeps,
Seems like forever since I've been on FS lots of things have happened health wise for myself and my Hubby ..... I'm just waiting to go in for another Op and several other procedures, So for a month the Doc's have given me prednisolone (steroids) and shall have to take them till I'm admitted, hence the weight gain, also I've stuffed my fizz hog with Good Xmas Fare and that did not help in the slightest, it was so scrummy and I just can't stand to see good food going to waste so 2nds it was( Eyes Bigger Than The Belly comes to mind ) ..... The Tabs just make me feel so hungry all the time and 12 a day is a lot to take, its a really good excuse so I'm sticking to that one ..... Honestly me being who I am, I've decided to try and loose a little extra lbs before D Day arrives as this is not a good gain for me right now, so its back on the band wagon again ..... so Happy New Year to You All and lets see what 2017 can bring to us ..... Me all I want is a Smaller Butt, Flatter Tum and Good Health ..... So BFN Maggy xxx
