was up and down like a yoyo all night and have snoozed today, insomnia is terrible but hopefully il get my routine back this week. I've had a relaxing day, spine is finally easing up and my pain is going down so I'm actually feeling good today. WeeG's school stuff arrived for starting academy on Tuesday, my baby girl is all grown up 😢 Pringles(pug) has been a wee monster, he thinks every time there's a delivery that it's for him coz I have bought him toys from Amazon a few times, so he was stealing the big cardboard envelopes, jumping in the boxes, stealing things then doing zoomies round the living room when we tried to get it off him.....lucky he's cute 😂 Turbo (tortoise)was in his house sunbathing without a care lol apart from that it's been a quiet day. I've ate healthy and well within my kcal, hopefully il get back in the gym soon if my spine continues to ease, going to bed now to wind down b4 sleep 🤞goodnight beautiful FS Family, much love 🙏❤️

2 wks ago I was in hospital, vomiting so hard I ruptured my stomach lining and was bringing it up along with blood and couldn't stop, pulled every muscle,popped rib, collarbone, discs in back and throat and tongue was all blisters with the acid. This is a fairly new health development, 2nd time its happened this severe, been in bed since, doing OK now,today was first day I've been out and I travelled to see BigG, wee Laylapops, Stan (daughters partner) and her bump.....I'm having a grandson woohoo!! walked in and first thing wee Layla says is 'nana where is my auntieG and Pringles' (our pug) 😂 bloomin typical!! It was so good to see spend some time with them, can u all believe Layla is starting primary school and WeeG is starting academy on Tuesday!?! Had a gr8 day, came home and WeeG wanted pizza, I had some too, I was so tired I fell asleep not long after, I'm just wakened!! Layla wore me out 😂 I'm so grateful for my health and my family, there's nothing more important than time spent with loved ones ...much love my beautiful FS Family 🙏❤️
