This is depressing and I am losing my motivation. I exercised for 3 hours today. Half in the AM half in the PM. But I can't seem to lose any weight. I think 1800 cal is too much and I should have stayed with the 1500 limit. IDK what to do. I'll just go to bed...

No exercise today. I had to work 14 hours then come home and do homework (which i am doing now). I did eat well. I need to find a way limit my carb and fat intake and increase protein! If I don't, I do not think I will lose any weight this week. No weigh in until Sunday!

Bad Day! Bad Bad Day!. I started off very well. Healthy food for breakfast and snack. I became so busy at work today I didn't have time to eat lunch! Which means I ate well under my 1800 calories because I only ate 2 meals! With that being said I wanted sugar. I had some low fat apple cinnamon tarts (2 have life 120 cal with 4g of fat). That caloric intake is low for a sweets, but I can't keep eating 6!! At least I did wake up and do Zumba this morning (I'm starting to really like that). Tomorrow hopefully will be a better day (though I work 14 hours and don't see how). I am not expecting any weight loss until the beginning of next week (can't really go into details with that one).

Tomorrow starts week two. Though I didn't lose any weight last week, I am going to bust my butt and at least shed 2lbs! Then I will be officially back into the old swing of exercise from those college days.

YAY! I did Biggest Loser circuit training then Zumba Abs workout DVD. I feel the burn today. Failed attempt at P90X Abs. I don't have the abs that I use to and I think I need to get back into this exercise routine before I can pull that off. Just finishing week 1.
