I'm slammed with work. I had an anniversary, birthday, and, Thanksgiving all on one week so my weight looks like it's up by about 8lbs. It is not. I tracked nothing and ate pretty much everything - even so - it's still physically impossible to gain 8lbs in a week.
I'm bloated and retaining water so I'm drinking ALL of the water this week.
I have messages to reply to, I absolutely will later today.
I hope you guys are doing well!

Work has been and always is, a lot.
I'm not going to bitch about work in my journal.
I will say don't be an asshole to people that are doing their best to get things out to you in a timely manner while running a business in the time of COVID.
There's a worldwide shortage of plastic and glass bottles and the associated tops.
Things are continuing apace.
The defamation suit from last year was finally settled yesterday in my favor, I'll celebrate this weekend.
The weightloss challenge with The Husband's Co-Workers is still limping along.
The 22-year-old co-worker got angry about all of the chicken breast he's been eating so he threw it away and got a 1lb burrito. Totally the same thing.
One dude isn't really doing it at all and the other guy is counting calories but he's restricting so much that he also got himself a 1lb burrito. They've convinced themselves that there are only about 300 calories in them. They are wrong.
It's been entertaining. I don't have co-workers so I get left out of the good office drama.
