Today I would dress Charlie up in the cutest costume .. My favorite one is him wearing his karate uniform . This is my first Halloween without him . Today I tried to get a work out in since my baby left. Every day for over 16 years Charlie would be my hiking / walking partner . When he got older and couldn’t walk as “long” I would carry him the rest of the way . I always told Charlie “ it’s an honor to carry you “ . I hope Charlie knows that he has also carried me throughout my life 🙏💙🐾 Today I didn’t go on that walk . I felt so alone without him . I ended up doing my weights and YouTube . I felt so weak and tired though .. but I tried my best. PS I did dress up the other pups 🐾💙 I just wish the void didn’t hurt so much

FS family please pray for me. I lost my pup of over 16 years last week. My Charlie made me a mom . I’m shattered and feel so broken. My days are so dark without him . We have been through so much together ..we have celebrated together and we have mourned together. ..I just can’t believe I’m mourning over my baby and he’s not here with me . I pray God will help me with this pain and heaviness I feel .

Hello Beautiful souls 🌞💐 I hope everyone is doing amazing . So I have a question .I try to stick to a workout schedule as much as possible . For ex: on a Monday I’ll do upper body with some dumbbells .. Tuesday lower body and Wednesday upper body etc . I’ll do this for the remainder of the week and in between I try to get the cardio in . Lately I’ve noticed I feel weaker when doing my usual amount of weights and feel fatigued . I don’t know what to make of this . I’m trying to get my mojo back lol 😅💪 Thank you again .. you guys are awesome 😀
