well this morning my IT box shows 141.8 Which is nice. But as I've mentioned my scale at home is not always accurate and sometimes will weigh different the next minute I step on it! So I will note in a journal entry this evening what the scale at the clinic shows compared to my home scale after I get home and weigh on that one also. I know I am a bit obsessed with the IT box but that is just me! At least I feel good, I am within my best range of 138-142, & my clothes fit better. Actually need smaller dress/work pants. I'll go shopping for new pants next week when my BFF is in town. She likes to shop I don't. Hopefully my pants won't fall off by then, lol.

ok, it is 9/16/24 PM after my clinic visit their IT box showed 151.2 mine at home shows 144.2 actually it showed different wt with each time I stepped on it. That is why I don't really trust my scale. I am still looking for one of those doctors scales that use actual weights that you move to balance the scale. Which I think is the most reliable. But I'm happy with my progress. so 13 more to go!

OK, my home IT box on the floor (AKA Scale) shows 142.something, which is nice, lower than the other day. I'm not going to change the posted number (of 151.6) until after my appt tomorrow late afternoon. Even though the clinic scale weighs me abit more than my home one I'm trying to keep it consistent with 1 scale. I normally weigh there later also than home & with clothes on so that may make a difference. But tomorrow evening I'll weigh on my home one as soon as I get home and compare and note it in a journal entry, no matter what the result is! so I guess I better be good today & tomorrow! I had intentions of exercise today (swim in a friends pool) but I'm lazy and it looks like rain. Plus I have a stack of books to see if I want to read them. Of course all excuses but it is the way it is. Today is just going to be a me day.

I just recorded a long entry and posted it, but it got lost. I have horrible internet service here :( it wasn't anything exciting, just doing the same old same old. Need to work on exercise & not eating late, thats it.

ok, home IT box shows 144.2 again I'm not sure how accurate and it is early in the morning. My next visit to the WL Clinic is Monday afternoon late we will see what their scale shows. But at least I feel good, clothes fit so much better, I'm getting down to the lower size clothes in my closet. Still not sure I should get rid of the larger ones. I may wait until I'm at my goal weight for a year than get rid of larger ones. Kind of a pain since I have brand new dress work pants that are at the larger size with the labels still on them! I got them mail order so not sure I can return or exchange them for a smaller size, but I might see if I can.
