Pretty good day today, I even managed to have 2 SP left over for the day. I was bummed because I woke up too late to work out this morning and my head felt as woozy as it normally does every morning. I've had a vitamin D deficiency for years and my doc said this is part of what causes me to wake up so tired and groggy. My goal for the month of June is to keep up with my vitamin intake especially Vitamin D.

I'm already preparing my snacks and lunch for tomorrow - it will be another successful day.

On another note - I am finally learning to say no. My sister and I had agreed to get lunch today and I had planned out a meal from a restaurant she decided she didn't want to eat at. It was the healthiest option available from any of the nearby restaurants. I decided that rather than sabotaging my efforts I would let her order whatever she wanted and I would continue with my chicken breast and broccoli lunch as planned. It's not easy for me to make those choices especially as I watched her eat her french fries, but I was very happy I did stick with it.
