Yes I have been absent, it started out as a good reason as I was starting this 21 Day Fix, well, I hated it. And was too embarrassed to come back bc frankly I have been out of control with emotional eating. Work is so stressful right now, wondering every day what I will come in to, will I have a job, and I had the "I don't give a damn" attitude. Well, now I am on high blood pressure medication as a result of the stress, and I can't exercise until that gets regulated. Today I woke up and was like seriously? What are you doing? Get back on it, get back to what works and if you fail, pick yourself up and go back at it. So here I am, once again, and I have the mantra day by day, healthy choices, and I am not going to buy the comfort foods that I will tear into in a weak moment. Sorry kids.

I have to share 2 wins and they are small, but BIG for me.
I was starving yesterday bc I did not eat lunch (whole nother story) and my husband wanted Pizza Hut for supper. I knew I would way overeat, so I said NO, we are getting Subway. So much better for me.
Then today I was starving and wanted to chow down and instead I worked through it and chewed gum and I did not eat!! YAY!
It is the little things!

Well let's just say yesterday was NOT a good day. I was hungry and once I started snacking I did not stop. ICK. Does anyone have anything they do when they have those 'days'? Then I weighed today and about fell over dead. Hoping it is bc TOM is around the corner. Otherwise wow. Does anyone have like one day where they eat what they want? I am wondering if that is what I need to do bc otherwise I do that all weekend. Just looking for suggestions. I wish I had a button I could push when I want to turn to food for comfort dagnabbit.
