Ok I am back - three weeks of Tassie and 2 weeks of overseas visitors and so excited to get back into my routine and get under 80kg as the next target. Sadly the knee has been acting up badly since the 7 week mark so not sure what the surgeon will decide when I see him at the end of the month.

First weight in two weeks - being up is not unexpected as I haven’t been planning meals due to being so busy with maintenance. Now we head to Tassie this coming week wanted to track my weight to see what happens. Strategy is still to try eat once a day to take into account that meals will be at restaurants. Inflammation is still my enemy at the moment, but pushing thru

Ok…. I didn’t weigh on Friday cause it was my 21st wedding anniversary and we went out to a fancy winery for a gorgeous lunch and they shared pizza and wine when we go peckish in the evening.
Didn’t feel guilty just returned to normal the next day and will weigh tomorrow before heading to the holiday house for 10 days tomorrow.
Currently planning for Dec / Jan strategies - three weeks in Tassie for holidays so will need to go back to one meal a day to account for restaurants. Will be able to manage Xhristmas and we are hosting new year - also manageable - it’s the social wines to look out for 🙄😬😀

Challenging my mindset today after reading from spicehorn.
I am at a stage now where I am comfortable fasting 16 hours a day (8pm till lunchtime) and eating 800 calories of healthy eating.
So what if I don’t lose weight, would I give up and eat more? The answer is NO. Is it guaranteed I will lose the weight / of course not! I am not in a negative cycle of overeating, so trust the journey!
