Yeehaw! Another week in the mid 21X's. 216.4
I feel good about this week, and I have a long run into the end of August to make a goal. But alas, one day at a time.
I know I have to refocus a bit on diet, and not snacking and such. I also intend to cut down again on the eating out. My work mates seem to want to go out more and more, and although I eat chicken and veggies mostly, there are appetizers, hummus, etc. More than I want.
I am more concerned about the upcoming holy month of Ramadan, and not being able to ride my bike! July in the Middle East plus no water will make it impossible. The fines are quite severe for drinking/eating anything in public in daytime, so I am not sure I will risk it. I have thought about the options with my camelbak, but not sure. So I may just stand down for 4 weeks and do treadmill or gym inside. Wife can take me to spinning classes! lol
Anyway, a time to refocus.
