Had a great day yesterday. Kept my carbs low, did some exercise and I’m starting to want to eat less (during high school, we were told to eat 7 Peanut Butter sandwiches a day between our regular scheduled meals. This was to “bulk” us up for football, but ever since then I felt the need to eat much more than my daily amount of calories. It’s hard changing your diet after 4 years of high calorie intake.)
