I am feeling pretty good. I am down 4 lbs most of which I know is water loss but its still a good feeling to see the scale going down. I did have a moment of weakness yesterday. My SO bought peanut M&M's and they are my weakness. I did have a few and then I tried to compensate that cheat by having a high protein energy drink. I think I must have had nearly 70 grams of protein. (smile). I am going to start working out again. Since my knee injury its been hard to workout but I have to do some type of moving. The weight comes off faster. I am going to keep doing what I need to do to lose this weight...Its so worth it.
