I'm just happy it isn't a huge gain! My Dad is in town, which usually means eating out a lot. This time we were able to keep it mostly home. I followed up with Doc. He said he was happy with my numbers. They aren't where they need to be, yet, but they showed improvement. I just gotta keep doing what I'm doing with exercise and nutrition and we'll get there. Those are the numbers on which I really need to focus... not the ones on the scale. (Although, I'm still obsessed with the scale...)I have to go see my Dad. It's his last day in town. Have a phenomenal week!
