New experiment: I'm cutting out alcohol for a week to see what difference that makes in weight-loss speed. The first few days are telling: no big rebounds. Interesting. Also, I'm trying to be stricter with portion control although so much of what I eat is vegetables without any sauces oils/butter that it hardly makes sense.
In terms of exercise, I've had to cut back a bit due to a leg strain. I had been doing 10-15 km a day, now down to 8 - 10 km.
Blood pressure is normal.
