Walked 3.23 miles this morning. I am still motivated and ready for my weigh in which occurs on 8/6/2018. I pushed myself to do two things I've never been fond of. one is to drink plenty of water (which I still need to increase) and walking. I actually enjoy my walks, they are my "me" time and we can all use that. I have not made it to weights yet, so I have to find time to incorporate it. it may have to be on Saturday and Sunday. that may work. Anyway, today is Friday, Let me encourage you to stay on track with eating and workouts, it can be so hard because Friday is payday and If you are like me I love to treat myself on payday😎...Enjoy your day and remember I support you 100%.
