My workload is ratcheting up again, typical of fall. So glad to be busy! We have a lot of bills to pay off still. Mr Coco is a tough negotiator and managed to get the water utility to pay for rehooking us up to a main that's closer to our house instead of 100 yds away in a neighbor's yard. It sprang a leak and our bill was $500 last month! Then they said we were going to have to pay for all this detection and excavating to replace some bad pipe from here to there. Thousands of dollars at risk... and the silver-tongued Mr Coco insisted the utility pay. I can't believe they caved in to his demands. He should've been a lawyer.
