Back to 168.4 I have been here before. The body is an amazing thing. I have been eating more and lifting more and I am without a doubt putting on more muscle mass and at the same time decreasing the stubborn adipose layer I abhor. I think my intermittent fasting is partly the reason I am able to do both, burn fat and put on lean mass. Feels great!! Paleo is the way to go!!
