Finally the scale moves! I had been stuck for about 6 weeks but I guess it’s just the body’s way of catching up to all the changes I’ve made these last 6 months. The closer I get to my goal I’m realizing that’s where the rubber meets the road ! Staying true to my new self. And not falling back into old habits!
