I weighed in a day early because I will be out of town this weekend. I gained.4 pounds and I would be frustrated about that BUT I lost 1 inch around my waist this week so I am going to celebrate that instead! Woo Hoo! I'm sure it's because of the AB 400 challenge that I am doing.
Hubby is pulling that garden this weekend so one more week of canning and trying to fit in exercise around it and then I can get back into the full mode of exercise. I am soo ready!
