Yippeeee for sure- how the heck did you mangae that ?? The famdamily and me are going to Germany for Christmas and I don't think I will be as lucky to come back with no gain;0)
Thanks for the advice on the exercise , well done with your loss and good luck with the clothes shopping- it is def a 2 size drop from 32 - 30 ( they sell 31 waist don't they?)
