I was hoping to be lower, but no...I'm back in camp now, so no weigh ins for a couple of weeks...should be better though...brought my own cookies, low calorie and no sugar added (Peek Freans - LifeStyle Slections)

Workout every night, no cookies, more water...should be a stellar weigh in after I get home...

If you're not planning on eating cookies, then why'd you bring 'em? lol. It's a good idea to bring foods with "less damage" if you know there will be a challenge. Of course, the trick is to not simply eat them because you have them. Enjoy camp!

I meant no cookies as in non of the high calorie (170cal per cookie) type that is available here in camp...but I will eat my 130cal per three cookies that I brought. It helps me to know I already have cookies in my room. It did work...only had my LifeStyle Omega-3 cookies...yummy!
