today's my birthday so I'm cheating a little but not to much! want to stay on track as much as I can! my husband bought me a birthday 🎂 for my birthday of course so it will put me 180 over my daily calories which I don't think is to bad! tomorrow its back to low carbs and low fat meals, I feel it's ok to cheat every once in awhile but not every day!😊
