10 st 7.4 lbs Fat machine 25.6% No WW. So, I didn't weigh myself last week cos I was so cross and disappointed from the week before, and it coincided with an unexpected piece of news causing an emotional blip which basically sent me back into the arms of sloth and greed for a fortnight, and 4lb later here I am. We are going to book a hol to Iceland in Nov which gives me about 12wks to hopefully provide some much-needed focus.
