I have been weighing myself in the afternoon with jeans on since the beginning of this journey, to stay true to my weight loss competition weigh in. As of today I am switching to morning weigh ins nude. Hence the big drop this week. I did not actually lose this much, though I did lose a couple pounds again. I am getting so close to my goal and I am very excited. I think I may have to go a little lower than my original goal though. I must not have as much muscle as I did back in university and 155 might be a little too much still. I'll wait till I get there and reevaluate though
