Watched a portion of the whistleblower hearing yesterday morning and read the transcripts. How can anyone deny that our prez is a threat to democracy? He and his enablers need to be held accountable. Disgusting.

Stress will always be with you throughout life. It is never going to go away. It is your response to what you perceive to be stressful that has to change. You cannot use stress as an excuse to overeat. Figure out a different way to deal with it. A punching bag is a great stress reliever.
