Sunday. Cloudy. The sun I think is supposed to shine today. We have errands to run in town so maybe when we get down off this mountain we'll see sun.
Up a mere 2 tenths of a lb. no worries.
Dishes are done. Coffee is made. If ire is stoked. I've still to make the morning juice.
Another day. Another opportunity to practice kindness, trust and patience. I've a long ways to go but at least I'm on the path.
