I've lost 3 pounds since last week! My excercise has been steady and I've eliminated a few sweets from my diet (no more candy bars after lunch). I exercised twice yesterday which not something I normally do. I went to an aerobics class at lunch and ran a few miles after work. This may have impacted my weight today.
