That’s awesome. I have SLE Lupus and 7 other autoimmune disorders. I also have severe spinal trauma. I went from an electric wheelchair to a manual chair then to a walker. Now I’m walking without anything indoors. This app plus my drs advice has helped me so much. Ppl just keep moving if you can at all. Great Hod! I’m hoping to add more miles as I can.
