@Jcmana, I know! I didn't expect the almost 1 pound lost after yesterday's loss, but I'm not going to complain😂! We both got this, girl. We're gettin' 'er done!

Creep what 50 lbs of fat looks like 😳 it’s nuts!! I had fun posting a pic of it when I hit 50 lbs down. It’s unreal!! 

Last I knew, these pics were off by a lot. It's about a 15% difference in size not 200% haha 

@Diablo360x, Hm, I didn't really think about that. Next time I'll try to get an accurate representation of fat vs muscle, and maybe with it to scale in weight as well. 

@Jcmama777 when my mom worked in a grocery store bakery, as she lost weight her coworkers would weigh shortening to show her what the fat she lost looked like. This was years before the internet where people could look up stuff like that. It was SO motivating for her!! Good friends, those coworkers!  

I wasn’t taking the visualization literally, but it’s hard to remember fat also takes up more space in your pants. Another good one is carrying a 40 lb bag of anything around.  

I mean, the pic says one pound of fat vs. one pound of muscle so not sure why you wouldn't take it literally. Not a big deal but if it were accurate a 185 pound man who doesn't lift would be 50% bigger than I am at 185 if this were accurate. :P 

Weight is weight girl and to measure it like that before google, your moms friends we’re definitely on it and supportive ♥️💪🤗 Fat is loose and takes up way more space then lean muscle. The comparison is amazing. Carry on friend 💪🙌♥️💚 

I’ve played with the actual physical models and the picture was a simple reminder that one is bigger than the other. My weight is holding steady, but my pants fall down without a belt. Nothing too deep. I also remembered they were both a bit bigger than the picture on my phone. Didn’t need to be literal to work for me.  

Yeah, weight is weight 🤗💖. I think I'll get 1 pound of pork fat and 1 pound of extra lean steak and take a picture of it. I'm curious to see the actual difference between the two.

YUP! And inches lost are inches lost ✔. As my friend says, clothes don't lie 💗. We got this 100%.
