Starting point: 221 pounds. First goal is 202 pounds (back down to my "I lost 100 pounds" mark). Of course, I DID that back in 2006, but I've been up to as high as 248 since then. Feeling good about the day and the future. Realizing that I need to do the right thing whether I "feel" like it or not, though. Still, I'm thankful that I DO FEEL good about today. Onward. Forward! Downward!!!
