Walked my dog about a mile yesterday and it was really hot. Went to mom's to work with her tax guy and kept her separated in another room for safety. He looked healthy and even took off his shoes before coming in the house. We sat on opposite sides of the table and I cloroxed after he left. I guess that's a new verb, like googled. The strange things we have to do these days. I succumbed to the peanut M&M's while I was at her house, but didn't do all that badly the rest of the day at our house. Went to Costco and there were not many people there. The only thing I touched were some pants that I bought. I got the XLs instead of the XXLs and was pleasantly surprised to see they fit after I tried them on at home. Gives me a little motivation to eat better today.
Woke up at 8:30 this morning, which is kinda late for me, but felt really energetic. Cleaned house before husband and dog got out of bed, and will bathe dog and change bedding today. Feeling a lot less gloomy.
