I got so busy with work that my recording was put on hold but I did stay within my RDI and calorie goal. My biggest problem is the urge to snack, specially when I'm bored, stressed, or with other people. This week, my worst stressor was my sister leaving for another state. I expect more stress in the next few months, but I'm also determined to keep at this. It's turning out to be easier than I thought most days, and I love that.
