Day two- trying to make this into a lifestyle thing instead of a diet. I know I've succeeded multiple times at losing weight multiple ways. This time I need to be able to maintain! When doing Atkins I maintained for several years at a time. From 12-18yrs old and from 19-21. For the last decade I've been obese and used WW off and on. At one point I was down to 190 with WW, but it's all come back on now, because, quite honestly I'm obsessed with food. Yesterday I did a strength workout and felt amazing. Today I plan to do some walking and follow low carb once again. I'm not looking for a FAST overnight fix, just want to lose steadily until I get to a healthy weight.
