Looking back at all my journal posts..I see how 2019 was a stressful year. I was engaged to be married April 2019 then it was postponed to Sept 2019...then it was going to be postponed again and that's when I made a tough decision to break it off completely in Oct 2019. I was not about to get married and divorced again. I went thru separation 2014 and divorce 2017--it felt like a death in the family. But in 2017 I guess I felt determined bc I went on a strict diet (IP) and lost like 45 lbs. I started a new relationship, he bought a house for us and we almost got married. I ignored the red flags tho..but what does this have to do with my weight? Well, Life's stress can really take a toll on my weight. If I am not at peace, I tend to eat bad. I need to be focused and not use food as a comforting blanket when things get rough.
