Weight stayed the same:) -- even with no logging & taking away some of my food rules on Sunday. But, I'm still not convinced it wasn't just a fluke & that I really can eat what I love mindfully & not gain weight. That will be a work in progress for me, so I'm hoping the scientist in me will allow more experiments & this lab rat will concur. So, stay tuned!
Still dreary weather this morning, but it sounds like the rain won't come again until later this afternoon, so will hopefully get to play outdoor tennis this morning in between storms. But before I do, I will start my day in prayer --
God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time;
Enjoying one moment at a time;
Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace;
Taking, as He did, this sinful world
as it is, not as I would have it;
Trusting that He will make all things right
if I surrender to His Will;
That I may be reasonably happy in this life
and supremely happy with Him
Forever in the next.
Amen.
