Can’t figure out what’s wrong. Yes I am retaining water at an astounding rate. My hands, face, legs all swollen. This week is going to involve chaos and long hours of driving in the car which will lead to even worse edema. Temps here are high. And my car air conditioner just can’t seem to keep pace with my activity.So, I am just going to pound the water and electrolytes, fast some, eat lightly when I eat, and just pause the fight for another week.
