Yesterday I came home exceedingly fatigued and ate way too much ( 3 salisbury steaks, alot of mashed potatoes and a bunch of salty tortilla chips. The sodium has me cloudy in head at the moment. Today is only about skipping a bad day and keeping with the good ones to come.
