Well ...here we go again. 😅 every time I lose weight I end up getting pregnant. This is the last time I go through with this. Im not having anymore babies. So this is the time I make permanent changes. Im excited that Im getting closer to get out of the 300s . This time i have a lot of support. I have a nutritionist, therapist, and protein shakes. 😆 Also now that I dont have my gallbladder, I really have to think about what I eat. If not I will regret it and my stomach will let me know.
