This is my tenth or so day using fatScrets and I am down 22lbs. Last night was very rough, I woke early around 2:00 AM, with my stomach in much pain screaming and yelling for me to eat something. I guess it's not happy with my 500 calorie a day diet. As I lay thinking of my picture at 334 lbs I got angry at food and wondered how did I allow this to happen? After about an hour I went to sleep. I won the battle: it's always good to win.
