Its hard to get all the water in...but you can count your coffee or other drinks as well...or you can on WW...:O) 

Hey. Got this in my inbox. Have you thought about setting an alarm to remind you to eat (or start thinking about it). Have a simple note on your phone asking you: are you hungry? Just a thought. 

The funny thing is that I do have an alarm on my phone that goes off every hour but I have sort of become numb to it. I hardly even register in my mind that it went off anymore. But the more I commit to achieving my water intake goal, the more that little alarm seems to make me take notice. I guess it takes both the drive to succeed and the tools of the trade to make a difference. 

Erin, I got a Tervis water bottle. I've had many bottles in the past, but never kept using them. The Tervis is 24 oz. I don't know why it works, but I'm filling and emptying it 4-5 times a day with no problem and not forgetting to drink, as I used to. I think it may be because Tervis plastic has NO flavor. So many of the other bottles I got tasted like metal or plastic. Also, the lid is easy to drink from and really easy to carry around. Right now, shipping is free with the word AUTUMN. No, I don't have stock in the company. LOL!

They can also be completely personalized with a photo or name. I've been thinking a "before" photo might keep me on my toes! Heehee.
