So I have sagging skin around my belly and I'm so self conscious of it!!! has anyone experienced this? I want to know if there are helpful things to eat or if this is natural and will take time to tighten... I was taking probiotic pills but I think I will stop. I've lost about 10pounds in 1.5months... I don't care about loosing weight at this point... I just want to have that loose or stubborn fat gone... I'm not sure of I have to loose weight or gain muscle :$
