one week of eating raw fruits and vegetables only, eating as much as I can, never feeling hungry and still loosing weight. That's amazing! Body fat has dropped and body water increased. I'm happy! Just hoping I won't loose another 3 kilos in the next upcoming weeks 🙈

Oh I’ve tried raw eating, loved it so much.. but could not continue coz was loosing to much weight

you lose alot because your losing muscle as well as fat. protein is important...

I'm watching my stats and it's really interesting what happens to my body fat, protein, bones and muscles. Muscles and protein is increasing, so is my bone density, fat (especially visceral) is decreasing a lot! I can't complain but I also know that the cleanse will be finished for me after 28 days. I may keep a day a week with this habbit because I really feel good and have lots of energy 🤗💕🥰😎
