🙋Friday Weigh In & Weekly Updates for Mar 12 -18:
Weigh-in: had some junk food this week: chocolates & chips yesterday! But I made sure to still balance out daily macros & calories (like just bone broth for dinner last night).
Exercise (30+ mins cardio): 4/7 days YTD: 42.9% (33/77days) 6pm walks are really helping!
No Junk Food: 4/7 days YTD: 57.1% (44/77days) Ohhh you dollar store chocolate!!! LOL Still a habit to pick up when I'm in there; happy I could work 200g bag of chips into daily macros yesterday.
*Year Goal: under 200 pounds, size 16-18/XL/1x clothing (currently 22-24/3x)
Life update: took a break from decluttering; rather lazy week. Started a 21-day meditation challenge :)

You are doing great! I find whenever I have junk food I pay for it when I jump on the scales the next day. But I know what I need to do to get back on track now and, frankly, I wouldn't be able to stay motivated if I couldn't treat myself now and again. I'm with you - dang that Dollar Store chocolate haha. But at least when I walk to the dollar store I can get 30 min of exercise in before I eat the chocolate 😉

Thank you for your support💟 & kind words CelticButterfly! 🦋 Yes, I justify my dollar store junk with the 15 minutes walk each way 😆- at least after Easter, there won’t be any “chocolate holidays” till Halloween!!!
