A new year and hopefully with 2014 comes a new, happier, healthier me!! (Or at least heres to trying!) I'm officially starting today, January 1st and my main goal is to lose substantial weight before Thanksgiving of 2014. This will be our first trip home in a year and a half... what better way to show up than down a lot of weight!!
My husband has also added in an awesome incentive plan for me! Every pound I lose I put $10 into a separate savings account; however for every pound I gain I have to take out $20. For some this type of incentive doesn't work but for me its perfect! :)
