Well, I weighed today for the first time in a month. I've lost 12 lbs. My goal was 10, so very happy I beat it. I would've loved more, but I will take what I can get! For now, 12 is perfectly ok with me. For the month of February I want to lose 10 more. Hoping I can keep up the rhythm. I may need to hit the gym more than this last month. Now that I have my eating under control I can focus more on the physical activity. Freezing meals ahead of time has been my life saver.
