Doing Well on the food lovers! love that I can eat every two hours. I am recording it in my fat loss journal but not on fat secret. Well At least I am recording it somewhere, right. Dinner was Fabulous on Saturday. Did not overeat. John and I had a wonderful evening. I love him so much! stay motivated everyone, I know I will!!! no chocolate for valentines day. Flowers and love letters for me ;) hubby made me a big salad.
