Wow how do you do it, you must stay busy 24 hours a day, I bet it is so hard to focus with such a big wonderful family. I wish you the best of luck. 

Thank you very much! I find it's not hard at all anymore. I think the biggest reasons I do so well is I eat almost no processed foods, I drink water 95% of the time, I make sure my last meal is a few hours before bed time, I get proper rest and I eat portions that are for my size not someone else. Also when I feel like eating I always think about if I am hungry or just want to eat for some other reason. I am really proud of how well I am doing since I am pregnant too. :) I wish you the best of luck in your weight loss journey! 

Yes I have know that for years, but what you know and what you do can be two different things. I have turn to pretty much all vegetables and a lot of water, I feel like I am eating like a king, however when I look at the calorie count on a bag of spinach it is like 130 for the entire bag. Ice cream and home made cheese cakes are my down falls, I can make a killer New Your style cheese cake, and also I can eat the entire thing in a week. Keep up the good work and thank you so much for the support and you precious time.  

We're almost weighing the same now heheheh ;) 

Mine better stay the same or go up between now and the end of May though.
