9st 9 (SS @WW) Miraclef of miracles - and more than I deserved. Can't seem to drag myself back on track yet, but maybe the week off work next week will help, certainly lowering the stress altho possibly not quite addressing the self pity yet with a general anaesthetic on the cards for Monday...!
